About Theresa Ludwick
Theresa joined Bia Mindset in May 2022 as Operations Manager, bringing a dual background in business and academia, and has since transitioned into the role of Account Manager.
In this role, she partners with clients to ensure the success of their leadership and manager development programs. Drawing on her experience in leadership training and learning program management, Theresa helps organizations drive meaningful behavior change. She focuses on maximizing the impact of clients’ learning and development investments, collaborating with HR teams to deliver measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and overall business results.
Her background is diverse and includes being a former business owner, Event Coordinator at Princeton University, Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team of US Borax and Chemical Corporation, and Executive Assistant to Dr. Annie McKee, Senior Fellow and Director of GSE’s Penn CLO Executive Doctoral Program, faculty member with the Penn Med Ed program, and Founder, Teleos Leadership Institute.
Passionate about making a difference beyond the workplace, Theresa contributes to her community through several volunteer projects designed to create meaningful impact and lasting change. In her free time, she enjoys golf, pickleball, hiking, cycling, and exploring the world beyond her doorstep.
