  • Lead consultant for post-merger integration of two senior management teams for one of the biggest mergers in the history of Vodafone. The 24-month project included design and facilitation of five top management offsite, two "all-hands" meetings with 250 delegates each, 1:1 coaching of key stakeholders and leading a team of three co-facilitators

  • Rolled out a global culture change program for a British Telecom in Germany, France, Spain and South Africa. This program entailed a minimum of five workshops with 24 delegates in each region over the course of three years. Led a team of four co-facilitators and delivered events in English, German, French and Spanish

  • Facilitator for one of the biggest and most ambitious culture change programs worldwide at HSBC, impacting 250,000 employees over the course of two years. Delivered workshop in the UK, France and Switzerland in French and English

  • Delivered workshops to Nissan Europe in Switzerland, UK, Spain, Hungary and Germany as part of an 18-region-wide culture change program and diverse topics focused on change and learning. The program runs over approximately two years and is aimed at middle managers and individual contributors
