The Challenge

A global software leader wanted to break down organizational silos and empower high-performing individual contributors to lead beyond their teams. With 250 participants across 20 countries and multiple time zones, the program also needed to account for cultural differences and deliver virtually at scale.

The Objective

Strengthen collaboration, influence, and strategic thinking across functions, product lines, and regions.

The Solution

In partnership with HR and senior leadership, we co-created a leadership development program focused on:

  • Defining personal career roadmaps to drive growth and motivation.

  • Building resilience and adopting a learning-agile mindset.

  • Strengthening communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Encouraging collaboration and cross-functional influence.

Through interactive learning, simulations, and peer engagement, participants built the skills to see beyond their roles and contribute to the company’s broader strategy.

The Outcomes

The pilot program was so impactful that it was expanded to a global rollout and delivered seamlessly to 250 leaders across North America, JAPAC, and EMEA. 96.8% of participants agreed the program was a valuable investment of their time. Business outcomes included:
