About Kelly Bradshaw-Walsh

Kelly is a research and evaluation specialist with over twenty years’ experience working across business, charities and international organizations.

She helps organizations use research and evidence to understand their impact, make better decisions and support the development of people, teams and culture.

Before becoming an independent consultant, Kelly led research and impact functions in both the charity and consultancy sectors. She currently co-leads World YMCA’s global Learning, Innovation and Impact function, supporting organizations in more than 120 countries to share learning and improve practice.

Specialist areas include:

  • Expertise in individual, team and organizational resilience, helping build capacity to respond and thrive in changing environments

  • Focus on behavior change, understanding what enables people to adapt and grow, supporting wider organizational development

  • Using research and evaluation to generate insight that informs strategy and practice
