From Olympic start lines to operating theatres, helicopter pads to corporate boardrooms, she works at the intersection of high performance and human connection. She has supported Olympic champions, international sports teams, CEOs, medics, and educators – always with humility, curiosity, and a deep respect for the people behind the performance.

Her keynote talks explore resilience, the neuroscience of performance, and what it takes to build connected, high-trust teams that perform under pressure with purpose, connection, and psychological strength at their core.
Katie is also an experienced executive coach, known for helping leaders develop grounded, authentic approaches that inspire belief and drive impact.
Alongside her elite and executive work, Katie is deeply committed to supporting young people. She has co-created national school programmes with 21st Century Legacy, reaching over 250,000 students, and co-authored two bestselling children’s books with Marcus Rashford MBE.
Her latest initiative, the Moonshot Series, supports schools in giving young people the tools they need to face life’s ups and downs and embrace their full potential.
Katie lives in Leamington Spa with her husband, Remi, and their two children, Ayla and Louis.
