- Worked globally in 20+ countries with clients from over 80 nations delivering across a myriad cultures, sectors, teams, and organizations including HSBC, GlaxoSmithKline, Lego, Accenture, Bank of America, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Barclays Investment Bank and Nestle
- Areas of specialism include setting strategic direction, creating high performing teams and trusting environments, cultural transformation, developing leadership capability and a coaching mindset
Client impact
- Led the company values/culture transformation program for Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, including values definition and the global roll-out of their cultural pillars and leadership competency model. Designed and facilitated four Strategic Summits for the Top 250 leaders and led award winning leadership development program for senior leaders. Executive coach to ExCo members and led multiple top team away days.
- As part of a small team, set up the UK Ministry of Defence’s Defence Strategic Leadership Centre, including designing and co-facilitating the Defence Strategic Leadership Program for 1* -4* Military Generals. Also designed the United Nation’s General Assembly Immersive Leadership Program.
- Led the Organizational Resilience program with Royal Bank of Scotland in their recovery from the devastating financial crisis. Worked with Executive Team members to drive a culture of accountability and resilience, through a very challenging time, with significant workforce reduction. Equipped leaders to be more resilient and compassionate in order to sustain performance throughout this time.
- Designed and delivered a Digital Era Leadership Program - as part of the Modernizing Government - Digital Agenda, with a Canadian Provincial Government. Tailored content to each Assistant Deputy Minister cohorts within different Departments. Defined the leadership competencies for leaders in the digital age.
- Led design and delivery of the New Partner Program for Dentons LLC US. Designed the program to focus on equipping new partners with business acumen, business development and leadership skills to successfully contribute to the firm’s bottom line..
- Worked with the Executive Team of a $45Bn USD American Energy company to redefine their strategy and brand in the market, and to live and embed the desired culture across the organization.
