Yohauna has over 15 years’ experience in small business development and tax strategy, helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
Yohauna has teamed with Fiona since 2017, and officially joined Bia Mindset as our Finance Officer in 2022. With over 15 years’ experience in small business development and tax strategy her expertise has been helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses through financial management, practical systems that improve business development and strategic tax planning.
Yohauna designs growth strategies that define team roles and identify skill sets that allow for future planning and scalability.
When she is not working, Yohauna loves adventuring with her husband and four small children, travelling, and has a passion for architectural history.
