Beth joined Bia Mindset in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience supporting entrepreneurs and growing businesses, as well as Corporate Development within the charity sector.
As our Operations and Systems Specialist, she ensures our team runs smoothly by implementing the tools, processes, and structures that keep projects moving and goals on track. Alongside managing day-to-day operations, Beth also partners closely with our CEO, Fiona, providing strategic support to ensure the business continues to grow with clarity and purpose.
