About Kiana Laurin Tralongo
Kiana is a forthright, energetic, growth-minded truth-teller with over 16 years of experience leading, facilitating, and coaching effective humans through planning, development and execution.
Kiana offers a unique and challenging perspective in her coaching, while utilizing effective communication and collaboration strategies, focused on connecting needs to solutions. Kiana implements a results-focused approach to co-create growth and culture development with emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives. She relies on her ability to build and facilitate strong relationships based on trust and candor.
Kiana co-created and licensed the Leader Operating System – an inside-out human-centered approach that emboldens leaders to maximize an organization’s capacity to succeed, by first focusing on its opportunity and the people who make the organization possible: its leaders.
Kiana also spent over a decade developing creative finance solutions for government-funded infrastructure projects and public utilities and utilizes this project management experience to bridge the gap between differing perspectives and priorities to ultimately strengthen interpersonal relationships and performance within any organization.
Kiana is a trained Facilitator and Coach (Center for Executive Coaching) and a Breakthrough Coaching Practitioner. She earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Penn State University, along with dual Bachelor degrees in Finance and Management.
